Azz is a bit taller than me - I’m 178cm and my weight varies from 65-73kg. I haven’t been under 70kg for a few years but I don’t weigh myself in winter when I’m fit.
I don’t seem to be able to max 73kg no matter how little I do and how much I eat.
Saying that; I’m well built and when I played Rugby League I could stand up against 100kg players but my playing weight was 65kg.
