Whats in your favourite magazines?

Hey Guys

Curious if anyone is willing/able to help answer a few burning questions we have?

- If you could build a magazine based around snow travel what kind of content would you MOST like to be in it? The more specific the better!

- What do you like about the snowboard or ski mags you currently read?

We might as weel get the most obvious out of the way first, boobs. We all know boobs are an essential part of any magazine

Its been a few months since ive been able to get my hands on any snow related mags

lol…mate that has come up as an option many times…boobs sell mags…will see what we can do.

I like articles that read like a Trip Report!!!!!

With lots of images of not only the snow/action, but also surrounding landscapes/locals/attractions/odd characters/places, local food/eateries/breweries/distilleries!!!!! Sometimes the quirkier the better!!!!!

Awesome reply! And yeah totally agree with you. We are doing something similar at present with our Resort In Pictures, but this sounds like a pretty gnarly idea!

Is it going to be an Aussie mag?? i read a bunch of snow magazines and love them, i almost get too many to read before the new ones come out :(

I usually like to read up on trips some of the guys go on?? maybe a rating system on how there trip was. Also if its an Aussie snow mag it would be sick to get some snowboarders the write up frequently with the mag? not sure if this makes sense but there are more then enough up and coming snowboarders that would be more then willing to help out and gain some publicity for themselves while doing it.

Other then that boobs and a bunch of photos landscapes like mizu said are getting rare these days and they are by far appreciated by the viewers!

Yeh, photos tell 1000 words. But I also like to read a good story behind the pics too. I like to see pics of guys/girls riding, but more so riding stuff that looks like something I could ride, or have access too. Would rather see photos of a tree run of the resort in Japan with epic pow turns and a story of the day, than all the epic lines a pro might take in alaska

I think a good mix of accessible stuff for us mere mortals and also some epic pro stuff.
