Why did no-one give me the memo?

Apparently it was drive 20km/h below the limit day, all day, on any road.

There was a standout driver I came across (over the 200km I covered) and it was a cement truck! With a top speed of 80kmh he was catching people in 100kmh zones.

Idiots everywhere, take it easy on this Friday and get home safe.
