Hey there check out this short snowboard movie, shot over 6 months (Dec 012 - May 013) - at Blackcomb & Whistler mountain, Canada.

Shot entirely on a range of GoPro HERO HD’s (1, 2 & 3)

I normally edit Skimboarding videos and recently did a season in Whistler with a couple of mates, this is the outcome of filming 5-6 months worth of gopro footage.

Still plenty more footage left over, so I’ll eventually put another together.

It was at the Nintendo Terrain Park on Whistler Mountain.

Ah ya I think I remember, you cut thru the trees from the park or form Jolly Green Giant?

Yeah a bit further down the bottom of Jolly Green Giant, you can either go off to the left to the rail park or off to the right there’s a couple of kickers in a row (that’s where that kicker is).

Great job, Matt! Well done for thinking outside the box and showing us all that GoPro edits don’t have to be monotonous stream of predictable POV and pole shots. Hopefully others will follow in your footsteps. You’ve got a good eye - I see definite potential there. Are you looking at a possible career in post-production?
