My guess is they wanted to cause a bit of a stir, to bring attention to their new signing - Stephanie Gilmore. In which case, they achieved their goal. See below.

I really like it, great background music and cool vibe, smokin girl. Interesting that they seem to be trying to target the high end lifestyle? I wouldn’t have thought that was a brand image Roxy would want to associate with!
Really funny how much Microsoft advertising is in there! Microsoft Surface, Windows 8, Windows Moble :p must have helped pay for it.
