I can tell you this Rick - Jacob was up to the task and shot great. Good enough to be handed Private Shoots from the get go (you have to chase Privates-not be handed them).
The job suited his cruisey attitude, allowed for heaps of riding and a chance for him to improve.Yeah but your going to improve either way, working with the company or shooting on your own time. I might see how i go next season and apply but i doubt it
Improve his riding; I meant. 
HotShots isn’t “the company” and you can negotiate your contract with Randy (especially in your 2nd season),
The clause you mentioned is to do with shooting within Thredbo - All it means is HotShots wants you to make money for HotShots. You can shoot anything anywhere else for yourself. If your “project” isn’t generating income HS doesn’t have to know about it
