Need some help here. Wrote this over in my TR. Thought I might get some more help in the social section.
Trout was doing switch shiftys and 540s, I learnt to do backside shiftys and stiffys (dunno what they are really called, but its when you go over a jump, straighten your legs, have your arms straight and by your sides and your torso and head stiff and straight - anyone know what they are really called? I think it is called a stoney baloney when you spin while doing it?)
Can anyone help with what this is really called?
Here is a frame grab to help, although it isn’t the best example as my head should be up straight, too!
Yep, it’s called a Stoney Baloney when you do it whilst spinning. However, when you do it as a straight air it has a few hilarious names (for obvious reasons).
Some that I can think of right now are:
- Pencil Neck
- Dildo Air
- Captain Dildo (Dildo air + a salute! Coined by my crew in Whistler)
I think there might even be a few more names for it. It’s just a joke trick so it doesn’t really matter what u call it. But I think Dildo Air is the most common name.
hmmm. I might stick with Candle jump, which is freddy’s name for it. haha
Not keen on announcin to the rest of the park crew, that ya gonna do a dildo?????
hhaha yeah something like that. Call me a prude if you will. lol
Dyldo air it is!
