First Surfing reserve in the world, birth place of the wetsuit (RipCurl), the biggest WCT comp held outside Hawaii - same comp that Simon Anderson won the first comp on a 3 finned surf board.
Apart from Hawaii - possibly the most important surf break on the planet for modern surfing.
Pretty sure it was O’Neill that lay claim to the first Wettie?????

Maybe but they made them for diving/skiing not surfing. RipCurl redesigned with zip in back (not around the crotch/belly) and to keep out cold - not because of body becoming cold due to emersion.
