Huawei Device Australia lets skaters go “Pro for a day” with Bowl-a-rama sponsorship

Huawei Device has launched the new “Pro for a day” competition, with prizes up for grabs including Huawei smartphones, custom decks signed by pro skaters, and a full-day professional photo shoot for one lucky skater. As part of Huawei Device’s sponsorship of skate festival Bowl-a-rama, Huawei Device has launched the competition on its Facebook page where amateur skaters can upload short videos of their best tricks, and the video with the most Likes will win:
A Huawei Ascend D1 quad smartphone
A custom signed deck by pro skaters at the event
A full day shoot with a professional skate photographer
Plus framed copies of the best shots from the day
There are also 3 runner-up prizes of Huawei Ascend G300+ smartphones to be won, along with other cool prizes like limited edition Bowl-A-Rama T-shirts.
On top of the competition, Huawei are also the presenting sponsor for the LOVE & GUTS artshow to be held on Friday February 22, and and will have a tent at Bowlarama where Sydney’s best skate video gamers will pit their talents against each other using Huawei Ascend D1 Quad phones to win D1 Quad phones, VIP passes and a complete pro standard skateboard set up. Huawei will also be the webcast presenter for the skate competition on the Bowl-a-rama website.
