John Kuby is killing it on a snowboard at the age of 64!
That guy rips!! I’m so noob compared to him! Lol.. I hope I’m still boarding well into my 60s!!
also, rofl at the name “grey on a tray” - brilliant!!
He’s my new hero.
He can spin a nice back 3 of a hip, while other people his age are whining, “Aaaaaaarrrgh, I broke my hip!”
geeeez, if its not 8 year olds making me feel old, its 60+ers making me feel lazy. DAMN YOU HUMANS!
But if im still shredding like that when im his age, ill be super stoked!
Yeah he moves well and has great balance for his age.
I need new knees.
I need new knees.
by the time we are 64 hopefully we have readily available super robot knees, that you can purchase from 7-11 along with a slurpee.
Your move scientists!!!

NOW this is cool!
Super cool. good on him!
Wow this is awesome, I can only hope I’m still shredding like him when I’m that old!
He started when he was 50!!!!!
That was cool!!!!!
damn….there’s no one on the hill…..so jelly
If I’m boarding like that when I’m 64 I will be rather disappointed that I’m not improving/pushing my limit.
With 14 years under his belt he should be at that level. But don’t want to detract the kudos he deservers or how stoked his son is!
Plenty of guys his age rip.
Knee replacement, while expensive, is nearing perfection, they are pretty much better than the knees god gave us.
They last around 10 years and limitations of our fleshy parts mean you can only have 2 operations in your life and for obvious reasons only one at a time.
Simple external mechanical knee parts can be bought at most sports stores, all chemists and are well supplied in resorts, the cheapest ones are less than $100. Expensive, more complex ones are available through physiotherapists, motorX shops or your GP (most GP’s don’t realise they can get them wholesale) and cost up to $1000.
In the next 20 years the price will drop for replacement knees (even a reco costs $6K-$10K) and the components will improve. But I don’t think Apu will be doing the operation at the 7-11.

Apu clearly works at the Quik-E-Mart.
@snowbum_spaz: I think he started like recently, not since he was young?
