Bloody hell, I cant fathom paying that much for 30m/7secs of riding, completely unstrap, walk back up, strap back in, wait your turn and repeat for one hour. Elwood skate bowl would be much more entertaining.
Calder Park Snowflex is where it’s at.
Or hopefully will be soon…
Yeh, that will be better in the long run, cos its a longer run….. haha
That will take a lot longer to get up and running though
Melbourne needs this as we get sh1t snow and a stupid short season
They have more snow in there than buller had all season. lol
my idea for a indoor snow complex is to get a skyscrapper and gut the inside making a spiral ramp from the top down
then each floor you would have terrain parks and features all over the place
get to the bottom unstrap walk to the express elevators and head back to the top
anyone got a spare Billion $$$$$ or so ..........
I like your thinking, perhaps think bigger, buy an entire city block that is chock full of skyscrapers and interconnect them all in the same way described above, I think it might achieve a minus 500 stars NABERS rating due to the astronomical running costs mwhahahaha!
How sick would the view be if you could cruise between buildings in a clear tunnel
How about just an entire snow park city?
How about an entire snowboarable country. No more cars only snowboard(/ski) and lifts
How abotu chucking snow on the moon? It would be like, snowboarding moon, AND slow motion!
good in theory but when you launch…you dont come back down…
It would me more like floating mid-air boarding
I went to check it out on the weekend. Wanted $5 just to have a look; gay. From what I could see through the window, the features were A1, but the run was way too short i.e. bearly enough time to set up for, do feature, then land. Half the run width but twice as long would be awesome, but of course they would need to find another location.
Not worth it IMO.
