Yeah that was shocking. I guess it really portraits what it was like for these women working in brothels in the 1920s. Horrible to watch though.

Yeah looks like Seawind is gonna cut some more jobs soon, high aussie dollar is killing them as well. Freddy may well be out of a job within weeks/months. If he does lose it…maybe we’ll take off and do a season somewhere? Frig I would love that!

Buller sucks! Lifts were on wind hold today. I’ve definately been on there lifts in higher winds than today. Goin stir crazy alone up here with nothing to ride. So went down to mirrimbah and went for a bush walk along the delatite river. Was a beautiful arvo down there. Last night at buller yay!

Our kids (well the our kids old school mates) got some great results this year 
Pretty ave. We are never strong. Though one of our yr 12 girls made it through in bx and b gs to nationals. She has the past three yrs. So will prob head up in the week to falls for that day

ummm one left a few years ago, another left about a year or so ago maybe longer.
he bailed after the incident with the guy purposefully inhaling glue fumes and having to be pulled out and resuscitated( i cant recall if he died or not? but my mate was the one who pulled him out of the booth, aaaand this bloke did it all the time, purposefully inhaling the fumes to get high. awesome sounding bloke)
edit: actually now i remember, my mate got fired by seawind when they laid off all the tradies and kept only the apprentices? he was in the mercury about it…
So thredbo tweeted this morning that lifts were delayed with opening due to de-icing! If only it were that cold :sigh:
