Been about 6 weeks since I did the cartilage in my rib, and it is only just startin to feel better!!!!! (Gives me a jab when I turn to far in certain positions)
Don’t know if all cartilage healing is the same, but they reckon that the rib fully repaired is up to 12 weeks, as opposed to a fracture in the bone takin 6!!!!!
