Me and Mrs Mizu stayed at Peppers in the Hunter, and it had to be one of my most fave holidays ever!!!!!
It was in an old convent building that they had bought down from QLD, and rebuilt in the Hunter!!!!!
Drinkin Champagne in the pool, gettin driven around to great wineries and eatin some of the best food ever!!!!! Met heaps of people from around the world!!!!!
I find wine gives a real bitter after taste, they are all the same!!! If I make the shred, watch my reaction after a sip!!!

Nothing like it - only recently got into the red myself. Now I pretty much only drink bubbles and red.
