Hotham 2011
Was going to post in the photo contest thread but thought this was a better place for it.
I’m looking for crew to ride with and shoot (photos obviously) - not a huge park fan but if you can throw down big I’m keen, really looking for terrain riding shots, slackcountry, etc. My usual riding crew is usually skier heavy and I’d really like to work on some more boarding.
I’m at Hotham this week Tues-Fri and probably another 15 days this season, so PM away if keen to catchup. Or say hi on the hill, I’m always in a blue and orange jacket, blue pants and brown helmet. With a big-ass black camera bag if I’m shooting too haha.

Thurs 11th August might be up with Azz n crew, and while I wont be able to supply worthwhile fodder for images, Azz might have somethin on offer!!!!

Ahhh bummer, I’ll be up the weekend before that, and then from the 13th to the 19th. Squeezing 2 weeks in September too - tough life I live haha!!!

It’s a saying from the TGR forums, if you get asked this by someone from the states or Canada they are asking if you post on TGR. Basically a nonsense thing (who needs change for a 5c coin??) but it is slightly less nerdy and more cool secret club-ish than saying ‘Hey there stranger, do you use the internet too?’
I feel kinda weird about asking every person I meet on a chair if they happen to be someone from here, haha, and it leads to awkward silence/explanation a lot of the time.
How many people on here ride at Hotham regularly? I get the drift that there’s a lot of NSW crew around.
Hopefully I’ll be ridin Hot Hams on the 11th day of Augustus!!!!!
If people have an akward silence cause they aren’t members of the “Cool Kids Club”, then as soon as ya get of the chair, ya gotta tell em that they are complete dorks, and they have no right to be livin on this planet!!!!!
Or look them straight in the eye and say, “You really are a Fuckwit, aren’t you”???? Either phrase should do the trick!!!!!
