I was angry yesterday, once the call was over I threw my iphone into my computer monitor…in front of my boss…oops 
. She was just like wtf and laughed and understood when i told her
I thought that ya might have vented on Spanish!!!!! He is a sensitive new age guy, you know!!!!!

three did the same thing to me yesterday, sent a text to my phone saying that the account was overdue, however i havent received the bill, it makes it hard to pay a bill when they havent sent you one ill be calling them this arvo and doing the same thing. Im sick of these telco’s and there bullying ways
mate, ignorance isnt an excuse, you should have followed up with them to send you a bill. seen it happen before.
i hardly call them asking for money you rightfully owe them bullying tho?
its not ignorance mate, i can not predict the date and amount of my first bill with a company i have just signed up with i know i owe them money but how can i bpay with out a biller code
They deliberately stopped sending a paper bill, not for “enviromental” reason, but for this reason exactly!!!!
If ya get it direct debited, ya don’t really see the cost of usin ya mobile, unless ya vigilant in checkin ya bank statements thoroughly!!!!
yeah its b/s i never let anyone direct debit, they can send me the bill and ill check it out throughly thanks.
