So pissed off at the moment. Yesterday my phone company called and claimed that I have to pay them at least $800 right now, cos I have spent $900 in data in the last 8 days. I know that is totally not possible as I have been at home most the last 8 days, connected to wifi. I couldnt speak to the dick head for long, cos I was working and said I’d call customer service later that evening to sort it out. Almost as soon as I hung up, they disconnected my phone! f’ing bastards!! They cant do that, gave me no notice, and its not even legit! My phone is a life line with work. What if we were out on a camp and there was an emergency, or I was on the road with kids and something happened. They cannot just cut my phone with no notice at all. Im sending through my complaint to the Telecommuninations Ombudsman today to sort it out.
