Mine is simple!!!!
Legalize all drugs, yet have them only available through a cheap subsidised prescription based system that we have currently!!!! Then employ people to make/cultivate the drugs!!!!
This will stop dealers making money, stop “using dealers” pushing their product onto kids to keep their habit and stop junkies from violently obtaining money from the vulnerable!!!! Also save millons of dollars that we currently spend on the drug war, that can be put to better use!!!!
