I’ve never done a rib injury before so I got no idea as to what it is!!!!!

I do know that I can’t sneeze, cough or laugh without it feelin like someone is shovin a knife into my chest, though!!!!!

Unlucky against The Park mate!!!!! Looks like the <strike>better</strike> worst team won then!!!!! 

mmmm if you strain a muscle between the ribs it can hurt like hell, makes if feel like its hard to breathe, hopefully its that, sounds a bit mean saying that but it heals a hell of a lot faster then a broken rib!

ps: theres no winners in a draw Mizu! .....those Albion Park players were dirty bastards to, I hope thats not the norm in Albion Park

haha damm. I should’ve know you would have picked me up on that.
My STUPID teammate went straight through a player and got a straight red, the other player told the ref he was a joke and should make his own decisions, got a yellow and two mins later blatantly kicked a guy and got another. from certain winners and on top of the table one min to 9men and under siege the next. the coach nearly tore their heads of after the game.

another cracker day! Went for a hunt in the rockpools down the street and changed our aquarium water and had a really nice snorkel this arvo. Visibility was really good! Lots of fish about!

Im heading to a BBQ for my cousin who is visiting from London. Really keen to head up to Falls tonight but dont have a driving buddy! Will be stayin at Club Mazda if I go. Just lookin for a buddy for splittin fuel and to ride with.

Either that, or go paddling. Same thing though. Gotta try to get a crew together. Heaps of water around this weekend and would like to make the most of it. Hmmm the which way do I go…

posted my husbands latest gopro effort over in the surf forums. Pretty fun longboarding, surfing, bit of me booging.

Spent the weekend doing food shopping yesterday and then went to Selwyn today. Very patchy snow but we had an absolute ball. Barely anyone there.

how was the park there? they are doing weekly video park reports which is so sick! Looks like they have a few things there. No jumps yet though??
