Was really hoping to make this but can’t this year :(
Highly recommend this for anyone looking at buying a new deck this season. Last years one I rode a bunch of boards and ended up with exactly what I was after.

Finney tells me that YES are some kind of love child of Burton(burton off shoot brand that branched out on their own). I still don’t really understand though…
from what i read, which i have no idea if it is true/false. the creaters of YES were burton team riders that got flicked cause they didnt do comps so they banded together to create a brand for themselves and riders like them that dont give a sh!t about comps…
JP Solberg, DCP, and Romain De Marchi were all members of the Burton Global Team for many years. These guys were three of the original five Uninc riders, along with Gigi Ruf and Jeffy Anderson (RIP). For whatever reason, they decided to leave Burton and start YES Snowboards. Later on, Tadashi Fuse also left Burton and joined YES.
