Nice!!!!

I’ve got to do a drive by like that with mine, though it sounds nothing like that!!! it makes almost the same amount of noise with half the cylinders. First time I was shamed at a set of traffic lights was by a VE ute. It looked all bling and doof as I pulled up, as I took off the ute hesitated then launched!!!!! It must have taken under a second to go from 20 - 80kmh. When I eased off at 80 the ute was about 50-100m a head.

Don’t have a car at the moment but love my cars.

From 2004-2009 I had this car.. turned it from a stock standard corolla into one of the crazier ones out there. Ran a 13.6 quarter mile on street tyres and had the potential to run quicker.

Sold it in June 2009 which I still kind of regret..

Bought this as a replacement, it’s a Toyota Chaser. Japanese import which was never sold locally. Basically a camry on steroids.. 2.5L straight six turbo, factory manual, LSD, coilovers, exhaust.

What is your main driving route in melbourne deano?

well depends on which office im working at,

if its the clifton hill office in the morning i jump onthe westgate and go through flinders street then up hoddle street. The return journey is usually up around flemington then down williamstown road.

If i am heading to the thomastown factory i jump on the ring road.

Cannot go past a wagon suby!

Previous to this I had a forester which was slightly more practical for snowboarding/surfing but this is great on the open road and corners!

And I still want one of these!!!!!

I’m thinking when I finish travelling around the world I will have to look at getting a new STI along with some property down the coast to drive it to!!

We have just had the Targa rally down here so there has been plenty of these driving around town not too mention all of the other crazy stuff like tuned up EVO’s, R35’s, lambo’s, porsches etc! Unfortunately having a 9-5 job doesn’t allow for time to go check a couple stages out..

And I still want one of these!!!!!

A mate of mine is getting his stock WRX hatch next week he hopes, will make him the suby man with a forry and rex.  Will be interesting to see how it goes on a daily driver basis.  I have been looking at both the WRX and the Forry as possible replacements for the ute, I want my mate to tune both to see how they go.

my missus has a new subby impreza hatch. goes alright, the gearing is abit shit on the highway(revs at about 3200rpm at 100km/h) but apart from that its ok.

Vito, big?

We had a Ford Transit Van; I’m pretty good at parking and not hitting things in general but….. I even drove over and parked on a brick wall once!!!! I would prefer to tow a trailer than drive a BIG van.

(the Vito is pretty big - it was our replacement for the Transit Van)
Dad has a Troopy - it’s better than driving the Transit!!!!!!
