Honestly I was a bit bummed about the injuries at first but some time off has been great, just chilling out in the new house in Whistler Cay Heights and giving the body a well deserved break.
The 2nd last time I went up just over a week ago there would have been about 15cm out at 7th which was pretty cool. Have been a few other days since but still hardly any bluebird days. Was sunny yesterday but it’s overcast again today. You could ride down to the bus stop last week but looking up the hill yesterday it’s looking like it’ll be time to download excalibur soon.
Hey bro, haven’t seen u since you left our place. How’s your new place at Whistler Cay?
And if it makes you feel better you haven’t missed much on the hill. Cloudy and raining BLAAAHHH 
Hey dude, yeah i’ve been a bit slack keeping in touch with everyone. New place in whis cay is pretty sweet. People in the house that have been up the hill have also said that it’s pretty average aswell so yeah it’s making me feel a lot better about being a hermit haha

It was really nice up there today. They didn’t open Spanky’s or the Glacier but Glacier Chair and Horstman T-bar did open. I got pretty lucky and got to Glacier Chair just after they opened it and went straight up Hostman’s. Snow was really fresh and deep enough for powder turns at the top. Anything below say mid-way down Glacier Chair wasn’t deep enough for bottomless turns. I hiked halfway up Showcase T-bar after traversing across from the top of Horstman. Scored some sweet untouched powder turn on the way down. I was actually the first person to come down that face which was awesome.
I went over to Seventh Heaven later on, just to see what it was like for Skip. To be honest it was quite heavy, hard, and chunky. Anything below the top of Glacier Chair on the other side was very average. Fun day up the top though!

I reckon u could still find a bit of pow but not sure what condition it will be in. Most of the stuff in the trees had lumps of ice in it but we were finding open powder untouched in the wierdest places. End of the season here is strange… but rad

well yeah.. Made ti up riding today for the first time in over 2 weeks, bit sketchy at first but was feeling pretty good by the end. Foot is still an issue but with the knee all taped up it felt good, even managed without the knee brace today aswell which was great 
Buddy had his digital SLR with him so once he’s got the photos up somewhere I’ll copy them in here. Was great to get up for one last bluebird day, 20 degrees in the village at the moment and 12 at mid mountain to give you an idea of just how warm it was up there
