I just recently saw District 9 in theaters and thought it was amazing.

Has anyone seen it yet, and if so what are your thoughts on the movie?

I would highly recommend this film be seen on the big screen

Great balance of comedy, action, story telling and character development. Jumped into my top 5 sci-fi movies of all time definitely. My best ‘hollywood’ movie of the year, even better then Star Trek and Transformers imo.

I thought it was an excellent film. I would definately recommend seeing it. Very cool concept with awesome visual effects. Has anyone else seen it yet?

I havent but i’ve heard a lot of rave about it too.
a mate told me it was 10 times better than transformers 2.
looks like this weekend will be a packed one :]

It was so much better than transformers 2.  Just jaw dropping goodness with humor to boot.
