So sorry to hear it mate. 

At least we got to do a few sweet runs with today, even after you hurt your knee. Besides for the obvious, it was a pretty good day out there.

Stoked I finally got to do a few runs with Paul Morgan. That dude is such a champ, crazy he’s going for his level 4 soon.

Feel better man, rest up and do what the doc says.

Going to the doctor tomorrow since I couldn’t get in today but going by the fact that I turned on it before and it collapsed on me I think it’s safe to say my season is done but I’ll know for sure tomorrow. fingers crossed for a quick recovery

I received a text from Mike; no ligament damage, just a week of rest. Good result!

Had another sweet day riding peak and park with Paul Morgan and Shaner. Still pretty fresh up there!

Andy, I’m keen to ride dude. Let me know when/where you’re riding. I’m heading to the city for 10 days or so on Saturday.

Oooow yeah, Whistler Blackcomb just announced they are keeping Blackcomb open till May 30. 

Anyone know if there will be any demo tents from companies during the Telus festival? I know the showcase demo will be closed on the 15th.

I can’t remember if there any snowboard demo tents, however there were demos tents for brands like Olympus Cameras.

That’s great news about Mike’s knee.

Speaking of injuries though, you remember my bad wrist/thumb that kept dislocating after I hurt it at BooterVille? Got xrays done and its fractured. Tomorrow I’m going up to a specialist to see if I need surgery or if it just needs to be put it in a cast. The fact it was popping out lots really had the Dr worried. It could be that the ligaments are quite damaged.

Ohhh no! That sucks, Dan. Sorry to hear it. Hopefully no surgery required. Let me know what the specialist says.

Damn really sorry to hear dan, that bruising was pretty intense, hopefully no surgery is required buddy. Keep us posted with how you go with the specialist.

I got the cast put on today. Will have it for 4 weeks and then more xrays etc. Kinda sucky that I’m so restricted with it but if it’s needed so be it. Great news is that they didn’t want to operate on it
