Thredbo Winter Lease

I need a flatmate for winter to share my pad.
June to the end of Sept
Elec/Water/Internet included.

Sofa bed and long Sunbed.
$6000 for the Loft with Queen bed.
Great view/location.

So why do you not have heaps of responses saying “I’ll take that please!!!” ?

If I was 20 years younger and not in the ‘family way’ I sure as hell would !!!

I should add - if shared with 3rd person it’s $4000

With 3 - living starts to feel cramped but it beds 5 until someone has to sleep on the floor.

It’s a good price for a Thredbo apartment.
