Snow will definitely be good up top, no doubt about that. Working as usual over the weekend so I’ll probably see you shoot up Red at some stage.
I’ll be heading up early on Monday if anyone else is keen to meet up. Thinking I may hike flute if Symphony doesn’t open on Sunday which I’m guessing will be the case.
Another awesome day!!! 
So much snow yet again (around 30cm), with a crap load on the way (30+). Rode with a sweet crew: Jeremy, Krick, Shaner, and Tommy. It was basically tree run after tree run, and one run down to creekside following shaner through these awesome pillow lines.
I used Pete’s gopro for the first time. Hopefully some of the footage is alright.
First day riding on my new board, but it wasn’t feeling all that great. Mind you my legs were absolutely cactus and I could barely hold on to anything. That’s now 6 days in a row and I’ve ridden harder than I ever have, so I’ll forgive them 
Unfortunately only a couple decent bits.
Will try use the gopro a bit more if I can and get more of a mix of footage.
Yeah, another awesome day up there. Riding with a great crew as Dan mentioned. So much snow, so many spots to hit. The Alpine is going to be so epic when they open. Fingers crossed for all my friends they don’t open it till Monday.
The three runs Dan, Michelle, Tommy, and I had up at VD Trees yesterday afternoon was just insane. Not one track, waist deep, surfing the whole way down… 
I’ll be up for first chair pretty much every day till there’s no pow pow left. If you want to shred, you know where to find me.

Alarm went off at 5:40am. Couldn’t quite get up for Fresh Tracks but I’ll be there for first lift. 25cm new snow. Must be about 70cm in the Alpine. Big day…
No alpine open again today due to crazy winds up top, 120km/h in the alpine.
Got into town for 1st gondola up and had some killer runs down to Red and Emerald with Pete, Dan, Jeremy and Shane. We were all split up after a few runs as there are no friends on powder days. Pete ended up at creekside after our first run through Franz’s Meadow, Shane just bombed it all and then shot off for a crazy line which we passed on due to lower section of the mountain being pretty average due to the freezing level and a run later Dan shot off to meet up with Rhiannon. Met up with CJ and hit up Ratfink a few times.
Swapped boards with jeremy at the start of the 2nd or 3rd Ratfink run to try out the Chemical Storm board but it didn’t quite work out due to the fact that we both struggled with eachothers stances, mine being 24” and Jeremy’s being 22”.
Highlights include:
1st run to Emerald with Pete, just bombed it with fresh lines most of the way and the odd faceshot or 12….
2nd run to emerald following Jeremy and Shane - cutting fresh lines through the park and the trees off to the side
Trees off Raven and Side Order where there are 2 great small drops one after the other at the start
Ratfink trees - cutting fresh lines through and not crossing a single track.
Ratfink - small drop between some trees which Jeremy pointed out, great fun and a super soft landing despite being slightly tracked
And finally Beers + Yam Fries + Chicken wings at Crystal Lounge to finish it all off with Jeremy and CJ.

Yeah it was powder galore this morning. I bombed down first run to try make up the 5 minutes I was running behind the other guys. There must have been 20cm of powder just on the groomers. So much fun just floating over the fresh and spraying snow at top speed.
Great day overall, even though the alpine didn’t open. There must be about a metre of fresh snow just waiting for us up there! Can’t wait to hit it.
Lot’s of tree runs with Shane, Finney, Dan, and CJ. Literally rode till we dropped (dropped right into the bar that is).
I’ll see you guys at Mongolie Grill in an hour.

Ok I’m definitely going to skip my classes on wednesday and go shred some pow. Forecast says up to 20cm on tuesday night.
