OK, put us in for the house of Ullr, Wed, Thursday nights.

We have to bail on Friday back to the kids. 

Sorry to bail on party central, “the Condo” but we are way to old for that shizz.

So how many $$$ do I have to hand out?

I’ll let you know bout us, we are just now looking in to possibly going to Canada/USA in December!

Extremely badly want to be there though!!!

Ok just a quick recap. Is this all right???

Ullr $210 with breakfast + $155 for 2 day lift pass

& condo $220 + $155 2 day lift pass

Also, was it mentioned that Ullr has a good bar?? Is Ullr price pp 2 share?

Is there gonna be a party at the condo house one of the nights we’re there?

Just seeing if one of my mates is keen. Will get back soon with confirmation.

Ullr’s bar is nice, it’s small and once a dozen people in - standing room only. 2 large screens and a good social spot.
The restaurant is good - and like anywhere a meal is around $30.

Price pp - could be sharing with up to 6.

Party at condo not confirmed (ie:with dj - a house party) - If the party looks like it’s getting too big it will be rescheduled to a proper venue like the Keller bar/night club.
Most of the oldies (that need their sleep) are opting out of the Condo because young people scare them. hehehe

No, no.

Ullr has various different room layouts.

It

could

be up to 6 share - if we book 20 or more it will be spread out. Their biggest room is 6 share.

At the mo. I’m only focusing on the weekend 16th-18th (Fri-Sun) 2 nights.

The Condo can only be booked at standard time frames.
7 days (11th-18th) is $6,419.00
2 days $2,218
Sleeps 11.

When I get enough money from BWM to put a deposit down for the weekend I’ll book it.

If interest picks up for the week I’ll consider that later.

If you want to pay the deposit for 11th-15th and recoup the cost as others pay up your welcome to do that.

I’d say you’d have to book in August to get anyone to take you for Wednesday / Thursday Azz… but you’d be better off going Thursday / Friday nights if you can, then you get at least 1 day with the crew?

Hey guys, I must apologise. I’ve been so busy (that’s right, busy snowboarding and watching CJ Parker bounce around the house hahaha ) over here I’ve really lost track with what’s going on with the Shred. I’m going to read through this entire thread tomorrow and get more involved in helping and keeping track. spaz and Mizu, you guys are doing an amazing job and the Shred would not be happening without your initiative and constant help. You guys rock!

2 share might be a few bucks more but not much!!!! I am still waitin for Sandy to get back to me about that one!!!!

I think soon we will have to take the information already given to us by members and make an executive decision based on what we think is best for the majority. Let’s leave it for a week or so just so everyone has a chance to reply. I will probably hit something out on Facebook or maybe even an email. When we have everyone’s preferences we will make a decision on when it’s going to take place. What do you think?

We are back to a 7 day plan and a weekend plan-(for the majority).

As anyone who has organised any group knows this is a challenge!

EVEN THE BOSS HASN’T CONFIRMED (but his priorities are acceptable )

I think this (or these) threads will need to be locked down and replaced with up to date planning as time goes by. - any objection??
