I went up for a couple of runs today to test the ribs. Still fairly sore and I don’t think I will be riding park or taking any drops anytime soon, but I can ride which I am stoked about! We have a decent amount of snow on the way, I would have been really bummed if I couldn’t ride.
atleast you can board!!! you would be devo if you couldn’t ride at all
Loving work! Out on the river for th next two days

Oh you’ve done something with it!!!!!
Something very very good!!!!

I do have this pick; I don’t like the pole being center frame, I’ve noticed most GoPro footage that way, is there a reason?
I probably wouldnt use the pole if i was taking pictures alone, but its from frame grabs and I think that footage taken from the hand only, looks pretty bad (if you only use that footage, its looks good when used occassionally), its to close, you cant see the spray from turns and the body takes up the whole frame and often the arm takes the place of the pole anyway, in your example I wouldve missed all of the view, if its only going to be POV footage then i like it most when a whole different range of angles are used in one clip, basically I never think about taking photos before hand, they are just an after thought whilst I procrastinate about editing something
That’s from a pole, it’s just positioned so the pole is out of shot and that is the
Maximum my arm will enter the frame. When playing the video it gives an impression that I’m holding the edge of the screen not holding a camera in my hand<that’s the first comment most people make.
And this is with a counter weighted pole - much smoother than other vidz I’ve shot. Through the vid I change hands, shoot facing me, over head, down low and even (think in this vid) rest the pole on my shoulder for a POV angle < all in one take!!
I can believe you would trivialize my true lunch story!
Anyways, we might be hitting this on the weekend:
That’s unreal, Gamblor! Where is it?
