Excellent location if your focus is on hitting the bar and eating at overpriced restaurants. If you have a preference for carrying your gear back and forth from the lift and up and down stairs it is also “excellent”. To use the internet in Thredbo - the hotel has the worst connection in the entire village!
From the Condo you will be sliding to the lift line each morning.
If there is an urge to eat out you can don a plastic bag and slide recklessly to the village on a freshly groomed run. Or walk or catch the free bus.
Mobile reception is bad on Crackenback Ridge but the Condo has free local calls.

When I worked at Hot Shots I had my own booth at VT.
So my response to that is; I like to be close to work
And my dislike is that it’s closer to the zoo than the slopes 
No, no. That was just for one summer.
