Hey guys I have a youtube channel over at http://www.youtube.com/baskwith and would like to share my new ‘project’ with everyone.
First-Person View Skate Tricks. I am filming and uploading a new trick every few days and so far have completed the boardslide, 50-50, shuvits, kickflip and heelflip. And the latest ones are The Manual, Dropping in, Nose Stall, Varial Flip and Ollie over a rail.
I will be posting some clips here and also continue to update you as I make new clips.
I’d really appreciate the feedback as I believe this is the first ‘series’ of this kind, and I do put alot of effort and pride in them
Cheers - baskwith
Here is my First-Person View: Kickflip.
The Backside boardslide.
Varial Kickflip.
50-50 on a flatbar.
Nose Stall.
There are more tricks over on my youtube channel but this will be my last post for now untill I make my next clip.
Looking forward to hearing your feedback. Thanks guys.
Pop shuvit.
Hey baskwith, welcome to the community!
The first person view skate videos are really cool. Looking forward to seeing more.
That’s actually a real good idea.
What camera are you using?
Looks good! Great concept!
Thanks guys!
I’m just using a small sanyo xacti HD camera, but hopefully after I’ve done all the single tricks I will be getting a GoPro HD helmet cam so I can step it up a bit more
I filmed a hardflip today, so I will post it up as soon as I edit it. Thanks again.
and here is the Hardflip.
Have a look through the Photo/Video threads, there is some good info on headcams, shooting slowmo and editing there you should check out.
