Get a big place (5star luxury) and keep the cost low by having enough people coming.
Those on a tighter budget, we are looking into YHA in Thredbo or Sport & Rec on the Barry Way (Jindy) - 40km from Thredbo (easy to hitchhike)

The more the merrier. You can invite your friends. But let us know so we include them in estimated numbers.

Your name is added to dates your available to go or want to go - nothing is confirmed - it’s just to get an idea of what dates to work around and how many are interested.

Budget for group booking will include accommodation, lift pass, food, drink. (to be set)

spaz sorry to throw another spanner in the works for you, but is it worth looking at Oz Snow Adventures doing a Boardworld only trip? I just noticed they are listed on the snow homepage and thought they might be able to do a deal.

Means less work for the organiser and less responsibility?

Does that include sitting motionless in a car for five hours?

I wouldn’t think so. K2’s attraction seems to be toward solidly fixed to the earth types and not the squishy flesh variety.

The replies I got from my old work were as follows:

Athol Lodge
4 nights accommodation in Athol Lodge (10 Adults per 4 night stay)
Five bedroom self-contained apartment located in Thredbo Village.
$4572 - Check in Wednesday - Check out Sunday

$457.2 per person, $115 per night (if we follow the 10 person limit lol)

or

Riverside Cabins
4 nights accommodation at Riverside Cabins (10 Adults per One Bedroom & Loft - 4 night stay) (2 rooms)
$3056 - Check in Wednesday - Check out Sunday

305.6 per person, $77 per night (If we put 10 people in, I think they would be quite squashy with 5 people per cabin)

So there are options if people are keen.

I’ve been in contact with a friend and can get a 11 bed on crackenback ridge for 16-18th for $2,218
