Good day on the hill from my side aswell.. skipped harmony knowing there would be huge lines and decided on a bit of a sleep in today, 2nd half of yesterday was killed by the fact that I was mentally and physically dead after the past 5 days of riding so decided to catch up on some sleep and let the body recuperate.
Got up the hill a bit late and met up with my mate andy and his buddy from manning park and just had fun for the day, conquered some fears from previous stacks/injuries in the park and just had fun. Hit up Arthurs Choice off Crystal chair which was fun but at the same time it definitely needs a bit more snow in there as we were dodging hidden logs and tree stumps as it needs just a bit more of a base in there but all in all good day on the hill and building a solid base for the start of the season which has me stoked for getting up early for tomorrow.
Stupidly forgot the camera today which was a bit of a bummer since it was a crystal clear day up there with some amazing scenic shots were just begging to be taken.

Sounds like heaven or when hell freezes over! Either way I wouldn’t mind being there.
As the forecast suggests there was a bit of snow today. Unfortunately though it was very wet and sticky. With lots of it falling as rain.
Big news today was my epic collision!!! Was pretty heavy. I was bombing a hill and a dude came in from another run (which I didn’t think linked to the run down to mid station). He didn’t see me and I didn’t see him until it was too late. We had a head clash and all. I went flying many metres and landed on my shoulder, which is still sore. Very luckily we both had helmets!! Although his went flying. Luckily the guy was relatively ok and rode away. We would have seen each other sooner but I’m a goofy rider and he was regular and we both had our backs to each other.
Oh and my friend who was trailing me and witnessed it all had only just switched off his Gopro…
