Exceptional customer service!
I was looking everywhere for a 2019 YES Greats and they were sold out everywhere.
I asked Jeremy and he said they had a limited stock coming in however they wouldn’t be here in time for my snow trip last week.
I was so shattered and was about to just settle for another board but he went out of his way to organise a Greats demo board for me to take on my trip.
What a legend! The best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time! Keep up the great work!
Now I have a brand new Greats on the way ready for next season and can’t wait!
