Perisher just informed me that the weekend you chose is the weekend of the Australian Interschool Championships. Might be a bit of crazy weekend to have the Shred. Did you know about this? (I just found out).
Just wanted to let you know in case there’s a better (quieter) weekend to have it.

That weekend is Father’s day! So I couldn’t do that, and I’m sure a few others couldn’t either. Could do the weekend before that but any earlier I’m in Croatia - I know a few people are in NZ too… So I’d be out. Even though it’ll be busy it’s probably the only weekend I can do… Perisher is big, we can avoid them?
Yeah I think it’s avoidable. I’ve been there before when Interschools is on and it’s not a problem. Big enough resort!

Problem is accomodation.
We might struggle to get a good deal.
@ozgirl Does Perisher bump up the accom prices or just cause there’ll be more people on the hill?
