I’ll be asking every day as I’m now 60km from the coast after living 100m from the beach for 17years.

So what are the waves and wind like?

I know I’m asking late at night but come morning any indicator will be appreciated.

What’s a ‘little bit of swell”,  Did you take out the shortboard or noserider?
And did ya surf Sth of Port Kembla to pick up the swell?

With the NE’r the water is likely to cool down, but at this time of year it will change around a lot - guaranteed I’ll be wearing a steamer until Xmas!!

yep I’m always wearing some kind of suit up until december…still pretty nippy in at the moment….on hot days though its alright for a quick swim in boardies. I have two swedish mates arriving on monday for a week so hopefully the worst of the weather for the month is over and the Illawarra can show them the best it has!
