I really didn’t want to get involved, but really the worst part of those guys is the fact that they actually have a hillbilly mentality and bash their own if they don’t agree…. that’s just fuct.
Jez, just a point I wanted to make: Note that I pretty much stopped posting over the moment I went to BW? ‘Nuff said.

I noticed that the Ex Snow Japan’ers are gettin a bit of flack on there too!!!!!
I wonder if that has anythin to do with the majority of them bein Snowboarders?????
Would’a been great to see some of their Japan Knowledge (and Gear Knowledge also), come on over to Boardworld!!!!!

Maybe it’s just that there are a few on the boards that are plain old keyboard warrior trolls.
That kind of attitude just pees me off and as you can see, I just mirror their attitudes and dish it right back.
It’s a shame coz there’s a few guys that are good folks there too. It just makes them all look BAD.

Yeah I agree, I found heaps of friendly peeps on there when I was a member, and most of them were actually Skiers by trade!!!!!

as with most anything, most groups ... there’s a majority of decent people, a few complete tossers, and a small handful of decent people with the cojones to stand up to them. Most of the onlookers are pretty thrilled to witness them being told, but too coy to do it themselves.

I’m a bit annoyed with the ‘welcome’ the SJ Refugees have been given.
I did suggest in the SJ thread that the boarders might like to also look over here.
I’ve made some fabulous real life friends at ski.com.au, so I’ll stick around for now, but yeah….the nastiness does get to me from time to time.
Yeah, I was happy to play with them when they wanted, but when a certain someone Moderated a couple of my posts and threatened to do that to every single one from then on, and not for abuse, but for the use of !!!!! & ?????, it left a taste of stand over bullyin in my keyboard fingers!!!!! Took the fun element out of it for me, so I was out!!!!!

I think it was more a case of them not takin a shine to me, rather than my overuse of punctuation, and that’s how they thought they would get a victory over me?????
