not sure yet…. one of those mystery deals… late birthday present because we missed tassie because of the shred. I think we are staying with Billy on the way somewhere for the night. I’m getting excited though!

not at all! I’m sorry if somehow it came across that it might be? For me, if you were in that category, you wouldn’t do patrolling on the weekends in case you got injured and had to miss work, or thought you might be too tired for work or something!
Now I feel bad that you thought that I would write that and be so aggressive! That is just how I actually see people who are ‘old’...and boring goes with that too. Sorry if my post was misconstrued.

There is a lot wrong with people, but that ain’t one of the things! Locking up children indefinitely in squalid conditions comes to mind, though…that is just plain evil.

There is a lot wrong with people, but that ain’t one of the things! Locking up children indefinitely in squalid conditions comes to mind, though…that is just plain evil.
Oddly enough there’s less children in detention centers now than there was under Labor!!!!!

Agreed. I’m dead against Australia’s current asylum seeker policy (amongst other things) but there is a time and a place, a funeral is not one of them. The focus should have been on celebrating the life of an influential and well loved man, not voicing discontent with our current leadership.
I was equally dismayed/disappointed when crowds gathered to celebrate the death of Margaret Thatcher. All I could think was how her family and friends would have been grieving enough without dealing with that as well. Nothing is sacred anymore!

Reminds me of those religious idiots in the US that demonstrate at Soldiers Funerals!!!!! (Can’t remember the name of the group at this moment, but their main gripe is about Gay people, and that the soldiers deserved to die because of the pro gay stance in the US!!!!!)
