Site Update News / Any Problems?
Hey guys,
The site will be going down at some point today while we complete the migration to our new servers.
This is the first step as we rebuild the site over the next few months. More on this soon.

Hey Jez can ypu give us a bit more noticed next time (like a month?) It seems every time you schedule maintanece we get. An epoic snow storm.

Guys, we are aware of a few problems today:
Missing icons on the forums, i.e., sticky thread icons.
Clicking into a thread page other than a thread with only one page, is bringing up an error message. We know what is causing this and it will be fixed shortly. The temporary fix for this is to put a / (slash) between the thread number and page number.

Filesize limit with uploading photos. This will be fixed soon.
Other than the above, please let me know if you notice any other problems.

Working like a charm 
Filesize upload limit has now been increased to 10MB.
We are now working on the portrait image uploads posting sideways issue.

The new posts icon doesn’t appear to be working.
When I go to the homepage, it shows the little clock type icon suggesting no new posts but when I click on ‘view new posts’ I get results.

Working on this. We are missing some icons around the forums.
Looks like your avatar went missing too.
So here is the list of missing icons as I remember it:
Forums Home: Missing speech bubble icons representing new/read posts
Boardworld Social (for example): Missing pin icon (sticky posts), missing chart icon (poll threads), missing lock icon (closed threads).
Is there anything else I’m missing? Everything will be back to normal soon. A few things were missed during the migration.

We are about to undertake a full rebuild of the website, which will be completed in stages over the next few months. We are really stoked with the new site and we hope you guys will be too!
