I remember thinkin about pullin the trigger on “The Yellow House” in lower village!!!!! It was an older 3 bedder double garage with a huge lounge, all in timber, for $80,000 AU!!!!!
But I didn’t!!!!!

Yeah, then 3 years ago I tried to source finance through “Which Bank” for a project build, and they knocked me back!!!!!
So we bought a place over here instead!!!!!
Only time will tell which one was a better investment!!!!!
