wow this really went somewhere i personally didnt expect!!!
Anyhow todays gear grind, the smell of red bull when im not drinking it. I swear to god that scent could impregnate the tightest airlock at nasa, and it smells soo sickly sweet I feel like im contracting diabetes by proxy!!

Once I was really sick with the flu and a friend was leaving London, so knowing I would prob never see her again I drank 3 red bulls to be able to front up to her leaving party.
I was like the energizer bunny.
3am at home by then - “Kim STFU I need sleep!”
I could NOT wind down!
