NBA Fantasy Draft — Expressions of Interest
Hey guys,
It’s a while off but I just wanted to get expressions of interest in joining a Boardworld league. The game is the official NBA Fantasy Draft, where you are actually involved in a live draft to draft your whole team. I’ve played this in the past and it’s actually a lot of fun if you’re interested in the NBA.
The league will be limited to 12 teams so please only play if you are really interested and are willing to draft your team and be involved in trades during the season etc.
There will be a “draft night” type of thing, where we will decide the best day and time to suit everyone. It takes about an hour. The system randomly selects our draft order, then we go through 1-12 where everyone selects their first players. Then it does reverse order for the second player, and so on…
Eventually you have a full roster of players you have personally selected in the draft. Each player can only be owned by one team. You manage your roster and get points based on how your players perform. You can also trade players with other teams in the league, just say if your team needs more rebounding and the other team needs more assists.

I’ll pass on this one, I’m afraid! Not enough time to follow NBA as much as I would like and never end up making time to do EPL fantasy as it is.

Did we end up getting enough to give it a whirl? I’m still keen 
I’m keen too but we need more people. I think we only have 5 but we need 12. I don’t mind if anyone’s friends/workmates want to join this.
Think 8-10 is normally a pretty good number or it gets too big. I got another one we do every year so if there isn’t enough, I’ll be ok. But I like the fantasy leagues

There isn’t a minimum normally in the ESPN one. I think 8 is a decent minimum or you end up with all superstars and trading pretty much never happens.
