I am actually looking at Ouch. peeps on the other side said they got confirmation from them that their snow cover (additional $60) that it includes the folllowing

Included in the Snow Sports Cover offered by Ouch are any evacuation and repatriation cost in addition to the medical and related expenses. This will include emergency evacuation that may require the use of a helicopter when medically necessary.

I also paid for the flights on my card so I get double insurance!

Haha well first step of bootcamp is you two taking the short stroll to Cronulla LOL

In all seriousness if you are concerned or want to build on existing fitness just start moving regularly nothing fancy. Get out and walk at a decent pace whenever you can (40mins a day should be a goal). Try to “sprint” once or twice a week (all out for 20secs or so then rest/repeat), burpies are a great full body + cardio workout that you can do inside and especially good for your legs if you make sure you jump as high as you can at each rep. Holding some wall sits is good practice for your upper legs and lactic acid buildup. Keep your diet clean (no grains/sugars/processed shit) and you’ll be good as gold.

Nice looks like you have the insurance sorted, just make sure you have a real good look through the PDS and maybe even call to confirm as I’ve found slack/backcountry is a touchy subject with insurers.
