Aw man, depression sucks. I know too well.

Yep.. Its really sad that some one that made so many others happy and laugh… Got so depressed that he though this was the only way! :(.

What’s horrible is that depression is not who he really is… It’s a serious illness who makes the sufferer just a shadow of their former self. Those little voices take over, and he obviously chose to listen to them. People with depression think it can’t get any better, but it most definitely can, they just need family and support to ride them through it. So horrible.  downer RIP

Yep! I went through it a bit in my late teens.. Luckily I had Mr.h0z and an awesome mother and best friend to help me through it!  you get so stuck in your mind frame that it will never get any better..  if it wasn’t for them I dont know what I would have done…

Unfortunately for him and his family.. Those feelings and thoughts took over and won :(

Whats amazing though is that depression is very common amongst comedians :-(

It is sad that these people who bring so much joy and happiness to other people are ultimately suffering deep inside.

Bit of shock this morning, just had a call from a mate who told me that one of my really good mates had a stroke yesterday. I’m godfather to his son and was just talking to him Wednesday morning, apparently he has limited movement on his left side but other than that details are scarce. So heavy he’s only 36,a year older than me and generally a fairly healthy guy, fingers crossed he makes a quick and full recovery.

Shit mate, hope he recovers. Scary thought, I’m
Not too far off that age. You really think shit like that happens to older people.

At some point you realise that horrid shit can hit at any age and to live each day without regrets.
Lost my 17yr old God Daughter to the flu while she was on holidays in America in January….that sucked!

Hope your mate makes a strong recovery.  A friend of ours was touch and go with a stroke last year but is back driving and working now - little bit of evidence in his speech and gait but functioning well.

Shit not good!

I have no idea if it will help but Sami Kennedy Sims an Olympian I am friends with had a stroke Last year and still made it to the Olympics in Sochi.

Do some goggling on her. It may help motivate your friend.
