OH how i miss that place and its epicness!!! i was going to do a stop over on my way to canada but i wont be doing that anymore!
My ankle cringes at the thought of these places.
A workmate went into the one down here and a kid was sitting there with his foot flopping around in all sorts of fucked up angles.

Any updates on this? Hoz what nights do they run the tramp stuff at narra? Been to flip out quite a bit and it Def helps but very keen to have a bounce with a tramp board, will make it so much more realistic for training!
I havent heard anything back yet.. Ill give them a bit of a nudge and see what i can come up with

I know its all end of season but a few of us have Nthrn Hem trips planned and straight of the back on my air jump fun in NZ lets organise a night.
I believe the tramp nights at Narrabeen are Wednesday.
But Flip Out looks fun too. Surfer did you fidn out more?
