but no its not. They are saying that the sugar (like fructose/glucose) from the agave plant that tequila is made from.. Can’t be metabolized by humans.. So you don’t absorb the sugar, (so it can’t turn to fat when not burned off)  and that it produces insulin, and lowers blood sugar, (so its good for diabetes type 2 - the sugar derivative, not the actual tequila). smile

Interesting, but it’s basically saying an ingredient used in tequila was responsible for the weight loss etc. What about the alcohol in the tequila, which is high in energy, and leads to weight gain?

Sorry, but I call bullshit on this. Interesting finding for sure but there’s no way they can use that finding to conclude that TEQUILA helps you lose weight.

Don’t get me wrong, I love tequila and I will continue to drink it, even if it doesn’t make me lose weight. billy
