Gee Kim have a little bit of confidence in my ability! Nope stood up the first time fully expecting to go straight over the nose but after an hour or so of paddling around I wasn’t even wet! Definitely doesn’t have the same kind of rush as surfing/snowboarding/wakeboarding more of a chilled vibe but having said that I was only doing very much intro stuff today I’m sure.

I just clocked 200K km in the territory, when I first started driving it (2.5y ago) it was 70K km.
Most of it is done in winter.
I just cracked 30000 on the weekend. I need to get two new tyres before winter, that will be an expensive time. 19” wheels are never cheap, but I am happy to put something good on the car in time for all the winter driving.
You have done 30,000 in a couple of months?
The average person (based on insurance) does 15000 a year!
Before I started being a weekend warrior I struggled to do 5000 a year (which include 2 -3 trips to Jindy anyway)
Yeh at my cars 40k service I had just clocked over 20k, (working close to home and only 1-2 snow trips a year.
my car just had its 80k this month and I’ve virtually caught up in the last 2 years, (its on 79k). That’s from a combo of working 20kms each way, from home for almost 2 years, and doing virtually every 2nd weekend, and 3 longer trips to the snow, lol! (its also done 2 trips to the gold coast, and a few to Jervis bay, but that what when I was well under on the kms - imagine how low I would have been with out that?)
