There was an avalanche at Niseko Out if bounds the other day. Two euros and their guide were caught. I think the guide had the worst of the injuries with a broken wrist, the others had sprains.
I read something about that, glad there were no fatalities

Hotel Niseko Alpen. We kinda just got sick of looking, more $$$ than what we wanted to pay but seems to be a nice place in a good location. Plus after spending a couple of nights in bunks etc it will be nice to have a real bed.

That was the first Japanese meal (In Japan) that I’d ever had!!!!!
Plus when the exchange rate at the time was only gettin ¥55 it was the dearest too!!!!!
It was a buffet that was about ¥4000 per head, and stupid me said that it was my shout for first feed!!!!! There was 5 of us!!!!!
