Ofcourse they would, no pets means just that
Meh (pet thing aside, yeah you gotta move them) I forgot about my last two inspections (they give way too much notice) and my flat was messy both times.
Don’t stress about the mess. They don’t really care (especially if you have been there a while).
As long as the place looks looked after (ie the bathroom is not a moldy skanky mess - like my investment property was) thats all they are looking for.
Yea this real estate agency is known to nitpick details, checking the sliding door tracks, even asked if I clean out the aircon filters (of course I said 
)
We leave just enough mess to cover what couldn’t get clean enough, and so it doesn’t look like we are hiding anything, and do it again in 6 months!

ha! I have the opposite problem. Supposed to get mine serviced (landlord will pay) but I couldn’t be bothered organising it!
But then Dylan ended up doing it for me! LOL
