Does anyone know how, if there are two cars traveling side by side and one of them sets off a fixed speed camera, they know which one was speeding and therefore who to send the fine to?
Happened to me last night on my way home from football. I was going 58kph in the 60 zone and the car next to me must have been speeding as the camera went off…I had a little google but couldn’t seem to find any info.
I know the tech is pretty good and can handle multi lanes.

I think you will be fine, if not, dispute it. A mate just got out of a ticket, 116 in a 100 zone. He had just passed a truck and used “it would of been unsafe to be on the wrong side of the road for a greater amount of time if he maintained 100”
I even saw the letter he received saying he was let off, so not a bullshit story.
yeah its just by the time the fine rolls in (if it does), I will have sold the car to my brother and I’ll be back in Sweden, which makes sorting out this sort of thing a massive pain in the butt due to time differences and whatnot.
