had the pleasure of watching most of this go down the other day at Cronulla. I’ve been to at least one day of the event every single year (except last year) since 2001.

I still have the 2001(I think it was 2001? the monster year?) SI Challenge on VHS somewhere. That and the 2001 Chopes comp are prob the 2 craziest comps i have seen (BodyBoarding anyway)

Pretty much, not that i pay attention to BBing these days. But there doesn’t seem to be much innovation lately.
